Computer Monday - Social Media
Hosted by Amy Hayward-Paine
Introduction to Social Media including the different platforms available in the UK. The session will allow guests to see Social Media in action looking at Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest, demonstrating how each one can be used. We will look at how businesses are using Social Media to support Marketing campaigns and how they are used at home.
The session is aimed at those who don't use Social Media but are interested in finding out more, and also new users who want to get more out of what they are currently doing. We will supply some useful information to make sure everyone's Social Media experience is as safe and as rewarding as possible.
About Amy Hayward-Paine:
Amy has over 20 years professional communications experience and has for the last four years headed up Global Social Media at an International distribution business. She has just launched a consultancy business - birdonthewirecomms.co.uk - specialising in PR and Social Media support for small to medium sized organisations.
You can follow her on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
