Parish Council Meeting
It is Government policy now to instruct Council meetings to cease holding 'virtual' meetings (i.e via Zoom and other media), so the Parish Council is aware that this meeting must bring the Councillors together in the Village Hall. There are, however, other guidelines that must still be respected on limits to the numbers of people able to congregate together, and on the required conditions and precautions that must be in place for any indoor gatherings to be conducted safely.
For that reason, parishioners are asked to send any queries or questions about agenda items to the Parish Clerk, before the meeting, rather than attend in person. Limits to the numbers of people able to attend the meeting will need to be strictly enforced, and it will help all concerned if the meeting can be undertaken by minimising the potential for disruption.
