the King's Coronation Red, White & Bue Party

We invite you to dress in red, white & blue, maybe a few jewels or even a crown?
£10 per ticket (strictly limited)
Hot dogs will be available to purchase, served from 8pm

This is an adult only event
ALL profits go to Medbourne' s Coronation Fund supporting the Playground, Village Hall, Sports Club & Church Restoration Fund.

The King's Coronation Lunch
THE SPORTS CLUB MEDBOURNE
The celebration which will be in a similar format to the Jubilee Lunch but at the Sports Club. Bring your own picnic and drinks and the Sports Club Bar will be open. Families and friends will be welcome. There will be children’s games, live music performed by The Last Stand, and the amazing Medbourne Village Choir to entertain you. There will also be a raffle with some very interesting prizes.

Table Top Sale
3pm to 5:30pm at Medbourne Village Hall.
Have something to sell? Come and hold a stall, for £10 per table.
Want to come and browse? Free to attend!
De-clutter your attic and garage and sell your unwanted items... from furniture and household items, collectables and toys, to crafts, plants, clothing & accessories, and anything else you want to sell on your stall, such as home-made cakes and jams.
To reserve a table, please pay £10 cash in an envelope and hand over to Medbourne Village Shop, clearly stating your name and phone number, by 6th May.
Refreshments will be available – tea, coffee, snacks, wine and beer
See you on 20th May.

Annual Parish Meetings
The Annual Meeting of the Parish Council, and the Annual Parish Meeting, will take place on Wednesday 24 May 2023. These will be followed by the ordinary May meeting of the Parish Council.

Senior's Lunch Club
How the club runs:-
- We ask that you confirm you are attending by the previous Friday, as we collect the shopping on the Monday/Tuesday, so it is helpful know the numbers by then.
- You can ring Mike on 01858 565377 or 07720 133233 or Gail on 01858 565430 and if not in please leave a message.
- There is no joining fee and the dinners cost £5 for a main meal, dessert and tea/coffee.
- If anyone would like to join the club please contact either by phone or email equestrians@btinternet.com and we can forward a registration form.
